    SHIPPING FROM: Work In Progress, Monaco

    It was Leyla Moghadam’s dream to open her own shop and bring high fashion to Monaco. After graduating in Fashion Marketing, Leyla did stints at DKNY in New York and Harvey Nichols in London. Coming back to Monaco, she found it difficult to indulge her taste in high fashion. She felt there was a real niche for the amazing new talent she had gotten accustomed to whilst living abroad, and felt it was her duty to open a store and promote these designers in her hometown. She conceived Work In Progress as determinedly different from other generic multi-brand stores, housing a mixture of exclusive fashion complemented by an eclectic mix of footwear and lifestyle products.

    Swedish label Acne has raised the bar for the average jeans brand by employing not only cutting edge design but highly acclaimed fashion editiorial via its Acne Paper. Acne's recent collaboration with fashion house Lanvin has made it the label of the moment. The company's vision is described as 'Ambition to Create Novel Expression' hence the acronym Acne.
