    Designer: CHRISTIAN DIOR

Iconic French designer, Christian Dior founded the illustrious house of Dior in Paris in 1946. Dior revolutionised women’s fashion in 1947 with his now legendary 'New Look', that gave women back feminine form and yards of fabric after the austerity of WW II. During a very successful period between '96 and '11 Dior was lead creatively by British designer John Galliano, celebrated for his cutting skills and love of colour. Belgian designer Raf Simons is now at the helm of the couture house, who rose to fame with his influential Jil Sander collections.
