After graduating from Rhode Island School of Design, Marcia Patmos launched her first label with friend Tina Lutz. Fall 2010 saw the final collection from the Lutz & Patmos label, but that following year Patmos returned with her eponymous line. Rich in easy silhouettes and understated details, the collection marries ideas of comfort and luxury. Pieces are manufactured using socially responsible production methods and eco-friendly fabrics, often incorporating handcrafted elements. In 2011, Patmos won the Ecco Domani Fashion Foundation.
