Due to continued growth, we are looking for a PPC Manager to help to define, manage and execute the strategy for paid search with the ultimate goal of increasing traffic and revenue. The role will suit someone who is looking for an exciting growth opportunity in a fast-paced, start-up environment and is looking to make an immediate impact. This person will be comfortable communicating ideas and change, and will enjoy a sense of ownership over search marketing activities. You will work directly with the Head of PPC to execute search marketing strategies based on commercial objectives and implement creative, cost-efficient search campaigns to drive quality traffic and customers from 50+ countries.

Keyphrase Analysis and Selection Strategy - Dayparting Strategy
Resourcing and Task Allocation Across PPC Team - Bid Management Tool Strategy
Search Ad Network Strategy - Ad Creative and Copy Strategy
Content Network Strategy - Destination or Landing Page Strategy
Campaign Structure Strategy - Reporting
Keyword Matching Strategy - Specialist & Innovative Paid Search Techniques
Search-Term Targeting Strategy - SEO Integration Strategy
Budgeting Strategy - Marketing Campaign Integration Strategy
- Take ownership of large sections of the account and define the path and development in multiple countries
- Execute mobile and tablet campaigns to promote apps and a mobile optimized website
- Assist with the build out of the account in line with the international plan and global expansion (currently running in many different markets)
- Manage budget and spend efficiently to ensure acquisition & traffic targets are met at an effective spend level
- Test new strategies & landing pages for increased traffic, CTR and conversion rate
- Work closely with other digital marketing team members to ensure strategies are in line with other channels
- Identify opportunity areas for growth and optimization
- Opportunity to be involved heavily with the recruitment, training and mentoring of future PPC team members
Skills and Experience:
- Knowledgeable in all areas of PPC best practice with at least 18 months experience
- Proven track record of running PPC campaigns efficiently while increasing revenue and traffic
- Experience using PPC bid management tools
- Experience managing retail campaigns in PPC
- Google Advertising Fundamentals Qualification
- Must have good analytical skills with an advanced knowledge of excel
- Demonstrable interest for ecommerce marketing and the knowledge of other online marketing channels and their interactions with PPC
- A flexible, approachable attitude with good problem solving skills
- Commercially focused and driven with the ability to work towards metrics and manage budgets
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An understanding of fashion and luxury fashion brands a bonus
