He graduated in 1998 and assisted Walter Van Beirendonck, Alexander McQueen, Vivienne Westwood and Dirk Bikkembergs before presenting his first womenswear collection in Paris in 1999. His trademark looks employ clashing colours, print and voluminous silhouettes.
