The Cheap Monday story began in Stockholm in 2000, when Örjan Andersson and three friends opened a successful vintage clothing store called Weekend, before opening a concept store with designer and vintage clothes called Weekday. Örjan Andersson, seeing a gap in prices in denim, created ‘Cheap Monday’ jeans – super cool, super tight and super cheap jeans that have gone on to become cult favourites around the world.
