Conceived in 1998 by founder Seiichrio Shimamura, 0044 opened it's flagship boutique in Paris in 2001. The brand is characterised by motifs of vibrant French heritage and their personal philosophy known as ‘Revolutionary Romanticism'. On the label's ten year anniversary, Shimaura and 0044 were selected as Créateur Paris Capitale de la Création 2008.
