Equipment was founded in 1975 by Christian Restoin, husband of Vogue Paris’ former editor-in-chief, Carine Roitfeld. Inspired by classic men’s shirting, the label creates a stylish mix of androgyny and glamour. Relaunched in 2010 by Serge Azria, Creative Director of Current/Elliott, Equipment is renowned for chic simplicity; with masculine silhouettes crafted in luxurious silks and a timeless palette of muted colours.
