Designer: UNHOLY MATRIMONY

Brett Westfall founded Unholy Matrimony in 2002. The line houses his collection of wearable, conceptual art that often incorporates handcrafted and dyed pieces. In addition to designing for his own label, Westfall has also worked and collaborated with several other designers, including Rei Kawakubo of Comme des Garcons.

Los Angeles-based designer Brett Westfall and Anastasia’s Amir Gharavi debuted Case Study in 2010 as a concept shop to house art, fashion, and design. The 2,100 square-foot boutique also acts as headquarters for Unholy Matrimony, Westfall’s avant-garde line of menswear, and as a gallery space for local artists. Along with Westfall’s own creations, shop racks are filled with Kris Van Assche, Maison Martin Margiela, Peachoo & Krejberg, and Junya Watanabe.
