    Specialising in exclusive British menswear, the boutique takes its name from the traditional cry of a scrap metal collector. It later became an English music hall song about a young dandy’s sartorial tastes. Labels in the store’s collection, including its own line, have a strong streak of rock‘n’roll.

    Scooter Laforge is first and foremost an artist, born into a creative family, with his mother being a singer/songwriter and his father a landscape painter. Scooter later went on to received a painting degree at the University of Arizona, before trying to find success and inspiration in San Francisco. After building an impressive painting career, he moved onto the Lower Eastside of New York where he transferred his work into a successful clothing, t-shirt and underwear line. Scooter’s work can be characterized as Pop Art partnered with abstract expressionism and been been collected by the likes of Iggy Pop, Lil’ Wayne and Nicki Minaj.
