Description

Two-piece suit in blue from Paul Smith. This wool suit features a mid-length blazer with a notched lapel, double button front closure, a multi-pocket front, and long sleeves with button closures. Has padded shoulders, a double back vent, full lining, and multiple interior pockets. Trousers feature a straight leg fit, a perma-creased front and back, slanted front pockets, and buttoned welt pockets in the back. Has raw edge leg openings, a banded waist with belt loops, and a zip fly, hook-bat, and button tab front closure.

    Paul Smith’s modest beginnings in the world of fashion started with a menial job at a clothing warehouse in his native Nottingham when he was 16. His interest in fashion, art and style grew and by 1970 he had opened a shop selling his own designs among the collections and in 1976 he showed his first menswear collection in Paris. He has an empire of 12 sub-brands and designs everything from womenswear to tea-sets. Smith’s aesthetic blends a very British sense of humour with his love of traditional English clothing and his signature multi-coloured stripe is famous the world over.
