Due to continued growth, the farfetch marketing team is looking for a dedicated Affiliates & Partnerships Executive to help manage all aspects for our global affiliate marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities Include:


- Manage existing affiliate relationships, as well as cultivate new online partnerships and business development opportunities to drive traffic and new customers
- Take ownership of all partnership management by developing and implementing a host of customised and compelling campaigns (email newsletters, blog posts, branding promotions and banners)
- Responsible for an annual affiliate promotional calendar
- Monitor affiliate feeds & work with technical team on a feed manager tool
- Analyse all affiliate & partnerships activities to understand the detailed performance and effectiveness of each campaign

Portuguese SEO Copywriter

Job Description:

farfetch.com is looking for a Customer Service Manager that will be responsible for driving results and productivity of the customer service team through effective management and communication. This Manager will be responsible for a team of 6-10 customer service representatives and will work closely with the Global Head of Customer Service and European Customer Service Manager on strategy, KPIs, and escalated issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the vision, strategy and objectives of the customer service team
  • Resolve all escalated customer issues in a timely manner with the local and global teams
  • Identify key areas of improvement and implement tailored customer service policies and procedures to address those areas
  • Hire, train and develop customer service representatives to ensure knowledge and skill-set growth
  • Proactively manage customer response time
  • Establish staffing plans to ensure capacity is met, taking into consideration on and off-peaks

Qualifications:

The role:

IT Techincal Support Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and maintains computer systems and networks
  • Supports end-users in the office for all IT issues
  • Installs and configure software and hardware for end-users to agreed standards under the direction of the Team Leader
