It's hard to image but South Korean born Jung Wook Jun - the man behind the eponymous label - was in the army, but he was, and it was compulsory. Taking inspiration from his traditional Asian heritage and the modernity of Seoul, Juun.J's designs are all about the future. Be it by challenging gender stereotypes. Or, by toying with timeless classics. Coming from the same school of thought as Raf Simons and Julius - strong on structure, tentative with tailoring and playful with drapery, Juun.J's designs are articulate and progressive.
