ROLE OUTLINE

Based at the central London headquarters of the company and reporting to the Customer Service Director. You will be responsible for aiding the development of our VIP offering, ensuring that existing clients are developed, establishing new clients and delivering the VIP departments targets.

ROLE OUTLINE

The Assistant Merchandiser will support the Merchandising Director in delivering improved product availability to the customer – the right stock at the right time. This will be achieved through the collation and analysis of product, sales and stock information. eCommerce Analyst

Description of Role

Due to continued growth, the farfetch Business Intelligence and Analytics team is looking for a dedicated eCommerce Analyst. This is a commercially driven role positioned around analysing online product, customer data & eCommerce functions to provide insight into the business as well as actionable recommendations for maximising product & business performance. This role requires a strategic business thinker who can analyse vast amounts of data around customer segments, stock inventory and user journey with the goal of improving the customer experience and increasing conversion. The role will suit someone young who’s willing to develop his/her career on Analytics, mostly Web, who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment and has a very commercial approach to customer data.

Responsibilities include:


  • Take vast amounts of data in raw formats and translate into a digestible understanding for product owners and business managers to use for actionable strategies
  • Provide analysis around (but not limited to) online marketing channels, customer behaviour and lifecycle, product performance and conversions, promotion impact, industry & competitor trends
  • Analyse digital marketing campaigns and provide an understanding into the performance of each channel with recommendations for optimization

We are looking for a bright, talented and incredibly proactive Resourcing Coordinator to work with the Head of HR to create and execute a talent attraction strategy for farfetch.
Working with the Head of HR you will be required to develop a solid, focused and results driven attraction and selection plan that will support the growth of the business following the recent investment from Conde Nast International.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the execution of a multi-channel recruitment strategy balancing direct sourcing methods with third-party suppliers

ROLE OUTLINE:

We are looking for a bright, talented and incredibly proactive Press Officer to help drive the PR strategy for the brand. The chosen candidate will be required to develop and implement a solid, focused and results driven PR plan that harnesses the businesses global ambitions.
Working alongside a small in-house team, and the UK & US PR agencies you will create a PR calendar of activity that supports tactical initiatives across the wider marketing function; providing new and dynamic solutions to communicate these ideas.

Due to rampant growth, a dynamic start up retail business is looking for a dedicated Customer Insights Analyst to analyse website performance, customer shopping behaviour, and digital marketing campaigns. This position requires a highly numerate person who is comfortable taking large sets of data, interpreting the numbers and translating them into actionable items. You will work directly with the digital marketing team, reporting to the Retention Manager to execute analysis and develop recommendations for marketing strategies based on commercial objectives. Responsibilities Include:


- Outstanding ability to take vast amounts of data in raw formats and translate into a digestible understanding for product owners and business managers to use for actionable strategies
- Become the product owner for website analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others as necessary
- Support the Retention Manager on the development of CRM programs. The current retention program portfolio is predominantly focused on:
  • - Farfetch email program;

Skills and Experience:

- Must have excellent analytic and problem solving skills with an intermediate/advanced knowledge of excel and sql
