Alfred Boccaccini was brought up with shoemaking in his blood. When he saw a chance to branch out from the family run to forge his own path he seized it and hasn't looked back. Literally translating as 'The Other Thing', L'Autre Chose collaborated with fashion heavy hitters Alexander McQueen, Martin Margiela, and Patrick Cox before setting up on his own in the 1990s. Immediately, the fashion pack clambered to get their hands on the ultimately desirable, beautifully made shoes and the label has gone from strength to strength ever since.
