Serge started in the jewellery business when a fellow jeweller asked for his assistance in a YSL accessory collection. Sparking his interest, he began his own personal collection and has since worked with designers Thierry Mugler, Claude Montana, Lanvin Couture and Joseph on collaborations.
The jewellery itself is industrial and rough but the etched French quotes - collected from various authors - invokes some emotion with their meaning. Serge Thoraval’s work is all one of a kind. Each piece is moulded, sized and etched by hand, providing complete uniqueness.
