Livio de Simone started out designing fabric for Emilio Pucci in 1960. Simone, known as the “stylist-painter” produced a collection in his own name during the Sixties and Seventies which launched a new way of dressing up; easy-going and eccentric, in the sign of all possible colours. In 1965 he was joined by his wife Graziella and the firm established the group of artisans which still exist today. The label has always been focused on summer and on the sea and is distinguished by beautiful patterns and vibrant colours.
