Display Executive

The Role:

The role is responsible for executing display performance marketing strategies based on commercial objectives and implement creative, cost-efficient campaigns to drive quality traffic and customers. The Role:

The role is responsible for translating all areas of the Farfetch website into German as well as managing a small team of translators. Working to the company’s brand guidelines, within a multilingual team, you will be required to create well-written, succinct and accurate translations across various types of content. You will be responsible for the quality of the content produced on the local language site and will act as a sub-editor for all content written in your language.

Key Responsibilities:

Translating content (webtext, flat content, boutique descriptions, designer descriptions and product descriptions) from English into German
Supervising the German content team, including hiring and training new starters, monitoring productivity and KPIs and engaging your team in the Farfetch Performance Development Programme.

The Role:

Due to rampant growth, a dynamic start up retail business is looking for a dedicated country manager to support the international localization for German-speaking regions.

The role is responsible for leading and executing the international strategy into the German market for the ecommerce business through site localization and demand generation. You will support the product and site development strategy whilst working closely with marketing teams to align brand strategy. Human Resource Manager

The Role:

The role is responsible for leading and delivering the UK HR strategy in line with Farfetch's global business plan.

The HR Manager supports the people management functions that reinforce the business culture. These areas include employee relations, learning & development, compensation and benefits, reward, professional growth, communications and performance management. The role will also assist in the development and formulation of policies, procedures and practices to support the operational needs.

The role is based in our London office consisting of 120 permanent employees (and growing rapidly). The HR manager will be responsible for directly managing and overseeing a team of 4-5.

Key Responsibilities:

In conjunction with the HR Director, lead and direct the UK Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
Provide coaching and guidance to all UK managers and employees on day-to-day HR related issues
Ensure Farfetch operates in line with all current UK employment legislation

Customer Insight Analyst

The Role:

This role is responsible for analysing website performance, customer shopping behaviour, and digital marketing campaigns. The position requires a highly numerate person who is excited to work with big data, interpreting the numbers and translating them into actionable items.

You will work directly with the digital marketing team, reporting to the Retention Manager to execute analysis and develop recommendations for marketing strategies based on commercial objectives. You will implement creative, cost-efficient campaigns to ultimately drive traffic and conversions. Responsible for both strategy and execution, this role is ideal for anyone who is highly self-motivated and passionate about data analysis, insights and customer behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

Take vast amounts of data in raw formats and translate into a digestible understanding for product owners and business managers to use for actionable strategies
Work with website analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others as necessary
Ensure the accuracy of data and reports to ensure the highest quality of standards
Work with development team to scope out and implement new reports and tools
Support the retention manager and wider digital marketing team on scoping and executing pieces of analysis and reporting
Key projects likely to include: Customer Attribution, Customer Segmentation, Customer Lifetime Value

Press Assistant

The Role:

The role is responsible for supporting the PR team with implementing international brand awareness projects and liaising with media both in the UK and international key markets. Candidates will have a solid understanding of commercial PR with key contacts across consumer media.

Business Development Manager

The Role:

The role is responsible for utilising your established relationships with high-end fashion boutiques in the UK & Scandinavia to introduce them to the Farfetch concept and ultimately have them join their global boutique network. The role of Stylist will crucially report into both the Studio Manager and the Head of Styling as it’s essential the candidate not only has a strong and dynamic creative flair but also the competency and organizational skills to ensure targets are met and that the studios run effectively. Using their vast fashion and brand knowledge the Stylist will be responsible for preparing the outfit rails each day ready for the shoot aswell as guiding/mentoring the assistant stylists and ensuring they have the necessary support and feedback to achieve their targets. This candidate will work closely with both managers to develop the Farfetch visual aesthetic, image quality and productivity, and will essentially be responsible for the quality of the images.

Work with the Head of Styling and Visual Merchandising Manager to create editorial content

Criteria for Success:

The quality of the images is consistently improved and the styling is more on trend and follows the direction provided by the Head of Styling. Validation of the success will be seen in a continued reduction of vetoed shots by the HoS, positive feedback from the boutiques and essentially increased sales.

The role is responsible for leading and delivering the US HR strategy in line with Farfetch's global business plan.

The HR Manager supports the people management functions that reinforce the business culture. These areas include employee relations, learning & development, compensation and benefits, reward, professional growth, communications and performance management. The role will also assist in the development and formulation of policies, procedures and practices to support the operational needs.

The Courier/Shipping Specialist is responsible for supporting the global Courier/Transports department in maximizing customer satisfaction and assuring timely delivery of orders through coordination with couriers, boutique partners, and Customer Service. This individual is also integral to the opening of new shipping territories and expanding the Farfetch transportation service offering.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Customer Operations Manager in monitoring the transportation process including documentation and customs requirements for over 140 countries
Maintaining strong relations with the transport providers and keeping track of any service delays globally that will impact pick-ups/deliveries
