1. The closing date for the competition is May 12th 2010. 2. Only one entry per person will be accepted. 3. Four winners will be chosen at random and will be contacted by email to confirm the prize details within 14 days of the closing date. The winner will have (14) days to respond in full to the email or another winner will be drawn. 4. Two of the winners will receive a pair of Eskuche headphones and two winners will receive a pair of Warrior shoes. 5. No purchase necessary. 6. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered. 7. www.farfetch.com reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value. 8. If you chose to refer a friend to the competition, you are giving permission for www.farfetch.com to send an invite to enter the competition to the email address you have provided. 9. By providing your friends email addresses to www.farfetch.com your name will be entered into the competition one more time, no matter how many email addresses you provide. 10. The prize draw is not open to employees of www.farfetch.com or American Rag or its partner retailers or its agencies and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this promotion. 12.
