About the store:

At 41 years old, Philipp Korselt felt it was time for a new challenge. The Munich-born hairdresser and stylist had his own salon in the city center and felt that this was not everything for him. In the summer of 2007, he met Marcus Paul, a Sales Manager from Hamburg who was working at Strenesse and a fashion specialist who had already worked for Giorgio Armani and Jil Sander. His goal had always been to open his own men’s shop and Mr. Korselt was just the right person to be his partner. The two traveled to cities like New York, London and Bangkok in search of their own individual look, resulting in the men’s boutique BOB opening in Oktober of 2008, in the trendy Hamburg St. Georg.

The buyer and founder of Bungalow-Gallery, Uwe Maier wanted to create an unique multi-brand fashion store located in the very heart of Stuttgart, Germany. In August 2006 his men's store, Bungalow opened, designed very much to be not just another boutique. With two levels spread over 400m², the store sells some of the biggest names in fashion from Tom Ford to Acne to Maison Martin Margiela. Launched in 2012, Bel Etage is an innovative concept store dedicated solely to womenswear that mixes well-known, international names with emerging ones. The two spaces collectively are known as Bungalow-Gallery and form a meeting place where fashion, architecture and interior design are the focus.
