Assistant Visual Merchandiser

The Role:

The role is responsible for supporting the VM Coordinator and Merchandising Director in delivering a Brand appropriate and enhancing visual proposition to our customers. This will be achieved primarily through the management of brands and products on the ecommerce platform ensuring that both brand integrity and profitability are maximized at all times.

The AVM will achieve this through the successful delivery of effective product positioning across merchandised pages In addition, they will select suitable product for all email, concept shop and promotional activity.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and contribute to the Commercial and Creative strategies of Farfetch
Demonstrate full awareness of Brands & Seasonal trends and their relevance to the Farfetch proposition, influencing all aspects of Visual Merchandising
Take direction from and partner with the VM Coordinator to deliver balanced and commercial Customer emails, Editorial and other projects as required

Visual Merchandising Assistant

The Role:

The role is responsible for supporting the VM Coordinator and working with the Visual Merchandising team in delivering a Brand appropriate and enhancing visual proposition to our customers. Display Executive

The Role:

The role is responsible for executing display performance marketing strategies based on commercial objectives and implement creative, cost-efficient campaigns to drive quality traffic and customers. The Role:

The role is responsible for translating all areas of the Farfetch website into German as well as managing a small team of translators. Working to the company’s brand guidelines, within a multilingual team, you will be required to create well-written, succinct and accurate translations across various types of content. You will be responsible for the quality of the content produced on the local language site and will act as a sub-editor for all content written in your language.

The Role:

Due to rampant growth, a dynamic start up retail business is looking for a dedicated country manager to support the international localization for German-speaking regions.

The role is responsible for leading and executing the international strategy into the German market for the ecommerce business through site localization and demand generation. You will support the product and site development strategy whilst working closely with marketing teams to align brand strategy. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Director to successfully deliver the ecommerce strategy and develop the recommendations for marketing based on commercial objectives to ultimately drive traffic and conversions. Human Resource Manager

The Role:

The role is responsible for leading and delivering the UK HR strategy in line with Farfetch's global business plan.

The HR Manager supports the people management functions that reinforce the business culture. These areas include employee relations, learning & development, compensation and benefits, reward, professional growth, communications and performance management. The role will also assist in the development and formulation of policies, procedures and practices to support the operational needs.

The role is based in our London office consisting of 120 permanent employees (and growing rapidly). The HR manager will be responsible for directly managing and overseeing a team of 4-5.

Key Responsibilities:

In conjunction with the HR Director, lead and direct the UK Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
Provide coaching and guidance to all UK managers and employees on day-to-day HR related issues
Ensure Farfetch operates in line with all current UK employment legislation
Implement guidelines, policies, and procedures in line with the company direction
Manage employee relations, absence, disciplinaries, grievances and employment records
Learning and development: Implement the L&D agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement

Junior PPC Executive – Japanese

The Role:

The role is responsible for supporting the PPC team to deliver revenue through our paid search activity. You will have clearly outlined tasks & objectives and encouraged to contribute within the team as well as within the wider company.

The ideal candidate will be highly numerate and confident using Microsoft Excel. You will be surrounded by talented digital marketing professionals that will help drive strategic thinking and help you become a true expert in your field. Specific PPC experience is desirable, especially on Yahoo Japan, but not essential as training will be provided where required.

Key Responsibilities:

Optimising and developing our Japanese PPC activity working closely with our Japanese Site Executive.
Assisting with account audits and implementing findings
Assisting with the optimisation of multi-market PPC campaigns to agreed campaign /profitability targets
Assist with the build out of the account in line with the international plan and global expansion

Midweight Digital Designer

The Role:

The role is responsible for a variety of design projects across the business involving all aspects of digital. You will work closely with the Senior Digital Designer and report to the Head of UX and Digital Design. Display Executive

The Role:

The role is responsible for executing display performance marketing strategies based on commercial objectives and implement creative, cost-efficient campaigns to drive quality traffic and customers. The Role:

Business Development Manager

The Role:

The role is responsible for utilising your established relationships with high-end fashion boutiques in the UK & Scandinavia to introduce them to the Farfetch concept and ultimately have them join their global boutique network. The success of Farfetch is driven by the relationships we have with our boutiques partners and that all starts with Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

Growing the UK & Scandinavian boutique network by signing of new boutiques in line with Farfetch strategy and vision

The Role:

The role of Stylist will crucially report into both the Studio Manager and the Head of Styling as it’s essential the candidate not only has a strong and dynamic creative flair but also the competency and organizational skills to ensure targets are met and that the studios run effectively. Will take part in all customer service processes, assisting the customers and solving its enquiries.

Key Skills and Experience::

High school completed;
Previous experience with customer service by phone. (mandatory);
Experience in assistance by Chat will be a differential;
Excellent communication skills in Portuguese (written and spoken);
Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and typing speed will be a differential;

Billing assistant

Will be responsible for issuing the companies’ invoices and report the revenue information to the tax department.
